How long does the design process take?
Most projects take 4–6 weeks from start to finish, depending on how quickly we move through each phase together. We’ll set a rhythm that feels good to both of us.What’s expected of me during the design process?
You’ll complete two questionnaires (one for design direction, one to help guide your website copy), share your photos, brand assets, and be available for feedback and collaboration. You don’t have to do it alone. I’ll walk with you every step.Do you help with the writing too?
Yes! I guide you through the copywriting process with a thoughtful questionnaire and light editing. If you need deeper support, I can recommend a few wonderful word weavers. -
What’s the difference between a custom site and a redesign?
A custom site starts from scratch and includes full layout and strategy work. A redesign works with your existing site structure and content, giving it a visual and energetic refresh.What if I need extra pages or help with branding?
You can add extra pages or brand/social templates to any package. These start at $500 as an add-on.Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Each project is tied to key milestones and payment is broken into 2–3 installments to make the process smooth and easeful. -

Will I be able to update my site on my own?
Yes! I include tutorial support and training so you feel confident and capable navigating your site. For continued help, I also offer maintenance packages.Do you offer ongoing support?
