For years, I worked as a mild disabilities special education teacher, supporting kids with behavioral challenges, learning problems, learning disabilities, and neurodivergence. I’ve always been drawn to creating systems of support, spaces that feel safe, and tools that help people express their truth.
After navigating seasons of personal grief and growth, I turned to yoga, not just as a practice, but as a way of life. It helped me regulate, remember, and reclaim. That same blend of intention and healing shows up in how I design. Every color, word, and layout choice is grounded in your purpose and made to reflect the heart of your work.
